Terms of Use

1. Use of Service

Mample is a notification tool created for developers to track long-running processes. Using the system to send spam notifications, intentionally exceed API limits, or engage in malicious activities is prohibited.

2. Free Service and Fair Use

Mample provides the mobile app and CLI without premium subscriptions or a monthly notification quota.

• Short-term request limits may temporarily reject excessive notification traffic to protect the service.
• Abusive traffic may be restricted or disabled. Service availability depends on network access, infrastructure capacity and operating costs.

3. Service Interruption and Disclaimer of Warranty

Mample does its best to deliver notifications to your device as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for potential notification delays caused by network latency, mobile OS background restrictions, or Firebase outages.
